Your Digital Papers Please: Verification ‘passports’ to Prove your Clean start in Israel and EU

It seems the same people who can’t stop talking about how they were forced to wear stars and show their papers, are now the champions of modern-day totalitarianism. -- How a government that can’t stop yapping about oppression can now push policies on their people and the world that literally reflect the same policies that they have bitched about for 80+ years is beyond belief – but here we are, Jews now begging to carry modern day badges to identify themselves as clean!

The U.S. Is Now An Immoral War Machine: Biden Orders New Strikes On Syria

President Joe Biden drew praise from warmongering murderous hawks and accusations of hypocrisy from critics after he authorized a reprisal airstrike on Syria. Biden claimed that by bombing “Iran-backed militia” infrastructure, he is deescalating tensions. -- When did bombing others ever result in a “de-escalation?” Here’s the “new normal” we should be worried about…

Biden’s COVID relief bill is chock full of anti-white reverse racism

Polls show most Americans support the federal COVID-19 relief bill. But if they knew what’s in it, they might feel differently. The bill is an affront to the American ideal of equal treatment under law — and a slap in the face for people who want everyone helped fairly.

Thanks to freshman Senator Raphael Warnock (Pictured above), Section 1005 of the bill offers “socially disadvantaged” farm owners total debt forgiveness of up to hundreds of thousands of no-strings dollars per farmer.

But white men needn’t apply.

The bill’s definition of “socially disadvantaged,” drawn from elsewhere in federal law, limits aid to racial groups who faced historic discrimination.

Newly elected Sen. Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.), who proposed the measure, says it will make up for years of discrimination. Sorry, senator, but this is discrimination.

A Few Facts : Boys Are Girls? (America’s Great Struggle Session)

This collective enforcement of insanity is by design. It is part of the Great Struggle Session that the left is inflicting upon the American people. The objective of this effort is to weaken our hold on reality. If they can make us concede that boys are girls and men are women then they can make us believe and agree to anything no matter how delusional or untrue it may be.  And this is what the left is after – they want to subvert our sense of what is true and false, of what is right and wrong.

CBS declares vaccine passports as must-haves for 2021 summer travelers

Mainstream media outlet CBS News declared that “vaccination passports” will be a necessity for those planning to travel in the new normal. The news outlet’s pronouncement came amid predictions that domestic and international travel will resume in the summer of 2021. The travel industry and its related sectors experienced a standstill at the onset of the pandemic in March 2020, but is set to resume as COVID-19 vaccination programs appear to establish herd immunity.

Some Democrats are beginning to admit that lockdowns have turned the US into a totalitarian police state

Former Bill Clinton advisor, Naomi Wolf, is one of many Democrats who are now opening their eyes to the current state of affairs in the United States. In an interview on Fox News, Wolf said the US has become a “totalitarian state” due to draconian lockdown orders that continue on, almost a year after they were first ordered. Wolf, who helped Bill Clinton during his second reelection bid, no longer recognizes the America she once knew. She said the US is “moving into a coup situation,” and quickly becoming “a police state.”

Eviction Moratorium Ruled Unconstitutional, Largest Tsunami Of Evictions In U.S. History Incoming…

Ever since last summer, a federal moratorium on evictions has prevented landlords from evicting millions of tenants that are behind on their rent payments.  This moratorium has caused extreme financial distress for many landlords, but it has also kept us from witnessing millions upon millions of Americans being thrown out into the cold streets.  Of course this moratorium on evictions was never actually legal, and it was just a matter of time before it was challenged in front of a federal judge that still had respect for the U.S. Constitution.  On Thursday, a federal judge in the Eastern District of Texas named John Campbell Barker ruled that the federal moratorium is completely unconstitutional…

Watch: Rand Paul Hammers Biden’s Transgender Nominee on Child Surgery, Sterilization

Sen. Rand Paul hammered President Joe Biden’s transgender nominee for a top position at the Department of Health and Human Services.

Paul, a Kentucky doctor, pressed nominee Rachel Levine about the danger to children of “transgender” therapies. The dangers include bone-damaging drugs, sterilization, voice changes, and cosmetic surgery of the genitals. Paul compared the surgeries to primitive female genital mutilation, dubbed FGM.

Levine is an advocate for transgender medical procedures, and dodged the questions with a canned response:

Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions
“How can we justify having someone in charge of health and human services who doesn’t understand basic biology?” responded Erin Brewer, a cofounder of Partners for Ethical Care. She told Breitbart News:

Judge Rules Arizona’s Maricopa County Must Turn Over 2.1 Million November Election Ballots to Senate

A judge on Friday ruled that Maricopa County must provide some 2.1 million ballots from the Nov. 3 election to the Arizona state Senate and allow access to its election equipment to conduct an audit.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Timothy Thomason ruled that subpoenas issued by Arizona’s state Senate are valid and should be enforced, and he disputed arguments from Maricopa County officials saying the subpoenas are unlawful. The county previously stated that multiple audits have been sufficient and said ballots should be sealed.

“The Court finds that the subpoenas are legal and enforceable,” Thomason wrote (pdf) in his ruling. “There is no question that the Senators have the power to issue legislative subpoenas. The subpoenas comply with the statutory requirements for legislative subpoenas. The Senate also has broad constitutional power to oversee elections.”

Why Will Stimulus Checks Be Small Even Though Bill Is Expensive? See What Dems Squeezed In

Republicans are uniting against Democrats’ offered $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill, with Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) the latest to pan the package as a wish list of liberal spending priorities that has nothing to do with the pandemic.

Kennedy made the comments on Fox News‘ “America’s Newsroom” Thursday, when he declared that, “the profligacy is mind-numbing.”

“The motto of the Biden administration seems to be ‘we can’t spend too much,'” he stated.

Kennedy aimed at some controversial preparations in the American Rescue Plan Act, which covers such spending priorities as $750 million for the global response to COVID-19, $270 million for arts and humanities endowments, $200 million for museums and libraries, and $100 million for an electric train in Silicon Valley.

Illinois' Latest Use Of Taxpayer Money As Anti-Republican Political Club

Illinois Treasurer Michael Frerichs and a group of 29 other state financial officials recently sent letters to six of the nation’s largest private sector money managers in a transparently partisan attempt to bully them out of supporting Republicans.

The effort is a misuse of the power that adheres to managing billions of dollars of taxpayer money and sets a dangerous precedent that might well invite retaliation in the same form by Republicans holding similar offices or from a Republican successor to Frerichs. It’s an attempt by incumbent officeholders to control much of the money that controls politics.

Unfortunately, the effort got no scrutiny and only a few articles in the national media, including these in The Washington Post and Bloomberg.

Frerichs oversees the investment of some $35 billion of Illinoisan’s money. Together with the other treasurers, public fiduciaries and pension trustees who signed the letter, over a trillion dollars of public money is represented.

The Supreme Court has done a lot over the years to shield law enforcement officers from accountability. It has redefined the contours of the qualified immunity defense to make it all but impossible for plaintiffs to succeed. Appeals Courts have been hamstrung by Supreme Court precedent, forced to pretty much ignore the egregious rights violations in front of them in favor of dusting off old decisions to see if any officer violated someone’s rights in exactly this way prior to this case.

Since law enforcement officers are apparently unable to exercise judgment on their own, the courts often grant forgiveness to these poor single-cell organisms who couldn’t have possibly known that, say, locking a prisoner in a feces-covered cell for days violated the prisoner’s rights. And that’s the conclusion the Fifth Circuit Appeals Court reached December 2019 in Taylor v. Riojas.

Because so many politicians need a boogeyman to blame every time something bad happens, often times, entirely benign things get political targets painted on them for eradication. Since government’s toolbox to solve problems is usually limited to prohibition and force, when a tragedy takes place, once-legal activities are blamed then banned and those bans are upheld with the threat of police violence.

Sadly, this has been the modus operandi of the state for centuries — despite the fact that it almost never works. Unfortunately, repeated failure of prohibition has not ceased to prevent future politicians from thinking that their next ban will work. Such is the case in Illinois

State Rep. Marcus Evans has recently placed the next government scapegoat on the chopping block. This time the state’s target is on video games.

Democrats Rebuke Rand Paul for Defending Children from Transgender Knife

Democrat senators rebuked Sen. Rand Paul, M.D., (R-KY) for questioning a medical nominee about the safety and wisdom of trying to change children’s sex via surgery and drugs.

Democrats — and their media allies — ignored the substance and science of Paul’s questions to Rachel Levine, a man living as a woman who has been nominated by President Joe Biden for a top job at the Department of Health and Human Services.

“It is really critical to me that our nominees be treated with respect and that our questions focus on their qualifications and the work ahead of us, rather than on ideological and harmful misrepresentations like those we hear from Senator Paul earlier,” committee chairwoman Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA) told transgender nominee Rachel Levine. “So thank you again for your response,” she added.

McMaken: Why Dominion's Defamation Lawsuits Are Garbage

Behind all of this is the usual logic of a defamation lawsuit. Dominion’s owners are concerned that Lindell, Giuliani, and Powell have cost the company money by saying things that could potentially hurt Dominion financially.

It’s entirely possible that Dominion may have a case, at least legally speaking. Dominion is nominally a private company. But will need to prove the usual elements of a defamation suit, namely, that Lindell et al. made false statements about Dominion and that they knew these statements were false. Dominion must also show it suffered damages.

Fortunately, this is very difficult to do in American courts. This is especially true for government officials and “public figures” of any kind. In those cases, a plaintiff must also prove that the defamation was committed with malicious intent and recklessness.

This presents a very high legal standard to meet. And rightly so.

Chicago Has Become A Rotting, Decaying, Crime-Ridden Hellhole – And The Rest Of America Will Soon Follow

I don’t know why anyone would want to live in Chicago at this point.  According to the latest estimate that I could find, “over 117,000 gang members” currently live in the city, and there is so much violence that it regularly makes headlines all over the globe.  Some of the wealthy areas of Chicago still look nice, but many communities have been transformed into something straight out of a war zone.  Large churches, hospitals and factories that were once so beautiful are now rotting and decaying all over the city, and a vibrant open air drug market scares customers away from local businesses.  Sadly, the truth is that the entire country is going down the exact same path that Chicago has gone.

Who Owns Your Face?

The whole purpose of the Bill of Rights is to keep the government off the people’s backs, as Justice William O. Douglas famously wrote. He could have written “faces.” There are areas of human behavior that are none of the government’s business. Facial appearance — because we own our faces and can exclude all others, even the government, from them — is foremost among them. -- History teaches that governments crave control and resist restraint. They negate liberty. Yet, according to the Declaration of Independence, the reason we have government is not to tell us how to live but to protect our freedoms. How well has that worked?

Pennsylvania Poll Watchers Testified About Election Fraud and Irregularities in 2020 Election – Then AG Special Agents Harassed Them and Now They’re Being Sued

Leah Hoopes and Gregory Stenstrom were GOP poll watchers in Chester Pennsylvania during the 2020 election.

The far left officials running the elections forced the GOP poll watchers into a small pen where they could not witness the counting of ballots. This was a common tactic used in swing states by far left officials during the 2020 election. GOP poll watchers were abused and prevented from doing their job.

This resulted in massive chain of custody issues across the US — and always hampering Republican poll watchers, never the other way around. This is one tactic Democrats used to cheat and steal the election.

Leah Hoopes later told her story to Rob Schmitt on Newsmax TV.

After Leah Hoopes and Gregory Stenstrom testified in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, special agents from the state Attorney General’s office showed up at their door to harass them.

Top US lawmaker links Palestinians to antisemitism and hate crimes

Congressman Gregory Meeks, a key Democrat, linked Palestinians to the rise of global bigotry, and said he would address the upsurge of racism and hate crimes when he talks to Palestinian leaders.

Meeks, who serves as the chair of the powerful House Foreign Affairs Committee, lavished praise on Israel at a Brookings Institution virtual conference on Wednesday, and vowed to bolster America's "social, economic and political ties" with its Middle Eastern ally.

"I know how important Israel is to us as a partner, and I am committed to that partnership," Meeks said.

When addressing a question about resuming humanitarian aid to the Palestinians, Meeks spoke vaguely about providing assistance to those who need it and instead highlighted his strong support for Israel and the need to combat antisemitism.

Democrats Accept 2 of 286 Amendments Sought by Republicans for $1.9 Trillion COVID-19 Stimulus Bill

Republicans have criticized Democrats for continuing to push their pandemic stimulus package while accepting little to no Republican input. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said Wednesday out of 286 amendments proposed by Republicans for the $1.9 trillion spending package, only two were accepted.

“Republicans offered 286 amendments to President Biden’s massive $1.9 TRILLION spending blowout. Democrats accepted 2 of them. So much for Biden’s calls for ‘unity,'” McCarthy said in a statement.

On Feb. 19, Democrats unveiled the full text of a 591-page bill (pdf) titled the “American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.”

House Republicans held a press conference on Wednesday in which they voiced their opposition to the Democrats’ “rescue” package that includes many items that have little to do with pandemic relief.

House Homeland Security Committee Member Requests State Department Designate Proud Boys and Oathkeepers As Terror Groups

A House Homeland Security Committee member today sent Secretary of State Anthony Blinken a letter calling for the immediate designation of the Proud Boys and Oathkeepers as international terrorist groups.

The author of the letter is Josh Gottheimer, a Jewish congressman from New Jersey. In the request, he cites a Jewish activist group, the Anti-Defamation League, along with the Southern Poverty Law Center, as main authorities for characterizing Proud Boys as a “white supremacist” group looking to engage in political violence domestically and globally.

If the State Department adheres to Gottheimer’s recommendations, membership and financial transactions for either group will qualify as federal crimes. Being listed as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT) also unlocks extra surveillance powers for intelligence services to utilize.

Commentary: My Company Won’t Cancel You, but Big Tech CRM Bully Salesforce Might

Salesforce has shut down the Republican National Committee’s (RNC) ability to send emails through their platform.

Salesforce.com is a Silicon Valley-based giant in the enterprise software space with over $13 billion in revenue. The company was founded by Marc Benioff in 1999, who acquired Time Magazine in 2018.

In a just-published Project Veritas video, an undercover journalist leaked a recording of the company’s top executives during a video teleconference discussing their decision to stop the RNC’s emails and what they see as their role in “policing free speech”. By the way, Salesforce shut down Project Veritas, too.

They cite their Acceptable Use terms and claim that the RNC’s emails “directly or indirectly” contributed to “violence,” including the events at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, 2021.

I also want to be clear that when I talk about “Hollywood” I am not only referring to the place; I’m referring to the entire corporate empire. I’m including Netflix and other streaming companies that may not work completely out of LA. They are all funded and run by the same people anyway.

Facebook bans Myanmar military accounts with immediate effect over coup

Facebook announced in a blog post on Thursday that it has removed Instagram and Facebook accounts used by Myanmar’s military to communicate with the public in the wake of a coup by the armed forces in the Asian nation.

The social media company said it was left with no choice but to ban the accounts following the “deadly violence” in the country after the coup, believing that it was too risky to allow the Myanmar military, known as the Tatmadaw, to remain on its platforms.

Facebook will also remove and prevent all Tatmadaw-linked commercial entities from advertising on its platforms.

The tech company had previously removed 20 military-linked individuals – including Commander-in-Chief Min Aung Hlaing – and organizations from the site in 2019 over “severe human rights violations,” and taken down six “Coordinated Inauthentic Behavior networks” run by the Tatmadaw in the last two years.

Scapegoating GTA: Chicago’s crime epidemic has real-world reasons, but sure, let’s blame ‘violent video games’ again

An Illinois lawmaker and a community leader want legislation to ban the sale of ‘Grand Theft Auto’ (GTA) and other violent video games. It’s not a new idea, and it won’t help any of the real issues behind Chicago’s crime wave.

Sometimes good men have very bad ideas. In this particular case, a business owner and community organizer named Early Walker from Chicago is one such person. Walker is the founder of a group called Operation Safe Pump, which is a campaign to stop carjackings at gas stations and shopping centers by hiring private security firms to protect people from having their cars stolen. It is a noble pursuit, but it is going in the wrong direction, with Walker trying to pair with an Illinois representative.

9/11 commission leaders warn Pelosi on arrangement of Jan. 6 protest panel

Two prominent leaders of the 9/11 Commission have warned House Speaker Nancy Pelosi about forming an unbalanced panel to investigate the Jan. 6 protest at the Capitol, stressing that Republican voters will never accept the findings of a Democratic panel.

In mid-February, Pelosi announced that Congress has decided to establish an independent commission to investigate the Jan. 6 protest at the Capitol, similar to the one set up in the wake of the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.

Later, she said that her recommendation for the panel is to be made up of seven Democratic senators and four Republican ones, which aroused the Republicans' harsh criticism, including the leaders of the original commission, Tom Kean and Lee Hamilton.

“That does not sound to me like a good start; it sounds like a partisan beginning,” Hamilton told Politico.

10 Crazy Examples of Unrelated Waste and Partisan Kick-Backs in New ‘COVID’ Bill

President Biden has proposed $1.9 trillion in additional COVID-19 spending. He's asking Congress to authorize another round of checks, more expanded unemployment benefits, a $15 minimum wage, and much, much more. Over the weekend, House Democrats finally released the text of the 600-page bill meant to make Biden’s broad COVID proposals a legislative reality.

Critics and economists have already attacked the proposal on the merits of its main provisions and staggering overall cost, arguing it would break the budget, incentivize unemployment, and fail to stimulate the economy. However, there’s a much simpler objection to this legislative bonanza: it’s full of unrelated pork and political priorities.

Last week’s second impeachment trial of former President Trump should serve as a warning that something is very wrong in US politics.
